Simplified sleep stages

My blaze swiched back to the simplified sleep stages from all week, even though it's fully charged, I've slept longer than three hours, and I've had the heart rate on every night. Is there a way to fix it?IMG_2310.PNG

Hi there @HyperNinjaZX. Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry you're only seeing Sleep patterns on your sleep logs and not the Sleep Stages as it should now be. There are a few scenarios where you might see your sleep pattern (which shows your time asleep, restless, and awake) instead of sleep stages and you've mentioned the three main scenarios. Now, there's another situation where you will not see Sleep Stages which is if you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your tracker to bed).

If that's been the case, make sure not to use this option and just wear your tracker to bed and let it log your sleep for you.

If that's not what has been happening, I'd recommend setting up your tracker as a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem and it should start recording Sleep Stages again.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need anything else!

I haven't used the app for sleep tracking, but it oddly went back to normal yesterday by itself. Thank you for advice, though!

I had the same experience as reported above last night, and none of the causes suggested apply in my case either. I had a disturbed sleep, and my heart rate shows up in my app s having recorded all through the night as per normal.

I've never used the app to track sleep.

I am glad to hear that your issue has been resolved @HyperNinjaZX, if you need anything else, do not hesitate in posting it. Now @QU_KY, it's great to see you around and thanks for the attachments, I would like to know if you have followed @FerdinandFitbit's instructions in setting up the tracker as a new device?

If you haven't, I recommend trying this procedure by doing the following from your Fitbit app:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy
