Sleep Log

I have had my Blaze now for about 4 weeks and the sleep log is always wrong, it adds anywhere between 2-4 hours on the time I go to bed. I had a Fitbit one (lost it) which was always right I have changed the sensitivity and it has made no difference...

Hi there @FraserSoft. Sorry to hear that the sleep tracking feature is not working properly.

Since you've already adjusted the sensitivity, I'd recommend restarting your tracker by pressing the left and lower right button for about 10-15 seconds until it goes off and turns back on. Try it out for the next night and see if this makes any difference.

If nothing changes, feel free to get in touch with the Support Team and I'm pretty sure they will be happy to take a deeper look and get you back on track.

Let me know if you need more help with this. Welcome to the Community! 🙂

Thanks for the advice but I had already tried the suggestions made in the community and it seemed like a lot of people were having similar issues so it has gone back to PC World for a refund and I now have a Microsoft Band 2,...

I'm sorry to hear that @FraserSoft 😕

Hope you have a great day! 😄

Thank you for the offer but I would expect a product that costs £159.99 to
work correctly out of the box.
