Getting really fed up now. Ongoing twitter conversation with Fitbit support asking me to do all the things I'd already done.
Bottom line is it does not work. It is not my settings or the way I am wearing it!!

Mine worked for a few days and then stopped. The only way I am able to get them to work is to manually restart the Blaze before I go to bed. I hope they fix this because I am not restarting it every night.
Me too. My sleep stages worked on Saturday, but not since. I have done everything mentioned but nothing works. It would be nice if they just send out an email or something to let us know they are aware and they are working on it.

Best AnswerOh yeah I really liked the new sleep software, very informative. The only problem I had was the amount of awake time on normal sensitivity. Makes it hard to meet my goal.
Best AnswerMe too. Mine worked the first night after upgrading the software, then didn't work the next 3, worked for 3 nights then not again since. I was enjoying checking my sleep stages and will be pleased if they ever do get it working properly.
