Sleep Stages

Under “Account”, “sleep” I have ticked on for “receive sleep insights”. Each morning, when I view my sleep for the night before, I can see the graph with restless/awake/asleep screen, however when I slide across to the sleep insights graph but it only tells me “no stages” and not deep/light/REM.

Could you please tell me why this is? How do I get it to show me if I had a deep/light/REM stage and not “no stages”?
