Started using newly purchased Blaze & all was well for several days. Into one week of usage when needed charging ,i did, but it just refused to start up. Screen has been blank since tho "lit" when its in charging dock. What should i do?
Please do not tell me to follow your restarting steps. Been there & done that. Did all that was recommended in the community board/forum. Nothing works! Its been a frustrating 2 weeks & i am at the end of my tether.....
