Woke up this morning but my Blaze did not track my sleep pattern and heart rate overnight. It usually updates as soon as I sync in the morning. But not today. Anyone experiencing this today?

Thanks Rich. But that hasn’t been an issue for me until this morning. It’s as if I didn’t wear my Fitbit when I went to bed last night.

I have been having this issue almost every morning since I did the update to the 11.0.1 the other day. I have not had these issues until the update. Now every morning it will not sync so I have to shut off Bluetooth, restart my tracker, etc. It is quite frustrating doing these steps every morning and I hope Fitbit or Apple or whoever the powers that be fixes it soon especially since I keep track of my sleep. I never had to wait hours for it to sync and that does not to seem acceptable to me. It should sync right away as it always has. 😕

A warm welcome to the Forums @micheleg1971, @OCRonin and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by.
First of all, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourselves. Now, if your trackers are not syncing, I recommend following the instructions provided in the Having trouble syncing? post. If the issue is directly with the sleep feature, please make sure that your heart rate is on or auto by swiping to settings and select one of these options. Also, you can restart your Blaze.
