That's is mean you have not correctly updated your Fitbit Blaze.

I updated on Wednesday and have had the new sleep functions working since then. This morning it had reverted back to the old style. I wonder if they found a glitch with the new sleep tracking and are trying to fix it. That's the only thing I can think of.

I have reinstalled the app 5 times now. It will do the new sleep cycle for one night then reverts back to the old version. I don't want to have to reinstall the app each time I go to bed. Help!

I really liked the new version. My Samsung has reverted back to the old as well.

Found out part of my issue. I got a message saying if you get less than 3 hours of sleep a night the tracker has difficulty tracking the stages properly. That may be what caused my problems with it last nigh

Hello all, I hope you are doing fine!
I would like to know if you keep having problems checking your sleep stages? If you do, I recommend logging out and logging back in to your accounts. Also, please check that your apps are updated. If you have an Android follow the steps provided in the How do I update my Android Fitbit app? post and if you have an iOS follow the steps provided in the How do I update the Fitbit app for iOS? post by @MarreFitbit.
Let me know the outcome.
