Sleep not being tracked accurately

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi,

Last night I woke up at 6am, was awake for a while and then fell asleep again, like 30min or 40min later.

My sleep log only shows from 6.40 until 9am.
Like, the first sleep does not show up. I edited it, but how can it be that in the future both sleep periods are saved?
Maybe it's because my phone is on flight mode during night so it can't sync?

Thanks

Hi there @SunsetRunner. Welcome to the Community Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems with your Blaze not registering your sleep accurately. In this situation, it should have recorded both sleep records. Not sure what could have caused it but having the phone in flight mode shouldn't affect it as it's only recorded with the tracker and it syncs to your phone once a connection is available.

If this is the first time that this happens, I would recommend restarting your Blaze. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.

Try it out for the next nights and see how it goes. Let me know if you need anything else!
