Since 16 July 2018 my Fitbit blaze has stopped monitoring my sleep stages accurately. It will show the time of going to sleep and the time of awakening but will not show the various sleep stages.
I've reset the device as per the on-screen instructions and turned the device off and on in the Troubleshooting section.
Prior to the 16th everything was ok.
Similarly since the 16th July 2018 the device shows my resting heart rate as being significantly higher than it was before that date. I still wear the device in the same way and can't understand why the changes.
Can anyone help?

I'm having the same issue. The message I got today was "We couldn't generate sleep stages for this sleep. Please try again tomorrow." That sounds to me like it's a Fitbit problem and not our devices. Very annoying.

The message I get is "Your tracker couldn't get a consistent heart rate reading while you slept" the same message has been there for nine days and my sleeping habits have not changed. I have since found out that Fitbit did an upgrade on the 16th, I suspect that may have had something to do with the changes.

Any chance there's a fix for this problem?
