My sleep stages have reverted back to basic. I saw that there was an issue on 2/15/18 and it says the issue has been resolved. Mine hasn't and it's been very frustrating! I have the Blaze and had this same issue in December but it resolved after posting and getting a response from Fitbit moderators. I'm hoping the same thing happens again!

It's great to see you around @JudithMarie.
Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself and for your patience. There are some scenarios about why you are receiving the classic sleep information instead of sleep stages:
Please take them into consideration, apply the tips provided and test your Blaze.

Best AnswerStill showing basic sleep. And as of right now, Tuesday 7:47 am CST, it shows sleep as "Mon 7:21 pm to 5:31 am" and also "today 7:29 pm to 4:36 am". It's not even afternoon today much less nighttime! I would like to have the issues taken care of or have this one switched out for a new Blaze. This is getting old!!!!

Best AnswerI don't actually get as much sleep as it shows. I usually watch tv for awhile before bed but I guess since I'm relaxed, it shows that I'm sleeping. I usually go to bed around 9 or 10 pm.

I am in the same situation, starting about 4 days ago. Nothing has changed, eg, placement of the watch on wrist, etc. Only getting basic info on sleep, the day/night is off by one...
What advice?

I feel FitBit should add a sleep button. Press it when you go to bed, and again when you wake up. That would be more accurate than the tracker guessing what is taking place. I am one who falls asleep very fast and my tracker ignores the first hour every time. It also rounds time up and down instead of the accurate time. Just poor design period.
Best AnswerI never noticed that before, I seldom use that page as the info is usually wrong. Thank you for showing me that, we will see if it makes any difference in the accuracy of the info.
Best AnswerIt would be better if this was on the tracker so you don't have to logon to the app to use it.
It's been almost 3 weeks and I am still only seeing basic sleep. They keep sending me emails saying they are working on it but I have no clue what they could be doing. I've never had anything take this long to get fixed! I want the features that this watch is supposed to provide.
I agree, it's getting harder and harder to get what you pay for these days. Back in the day a company worried about it's image but that's a thing of the past now. Almost everyone you do business with now only knows how to make excuses. Sad.
Best AnswerThe reason I never noticed it is because that block is not present on any of my pages. Odd?
Best AnswerI am new to fit bit and for the first 3 days I got the detailed sleep info. Then on the 4th day, as I was looking at the detailed sleep info, it reverted to basic info! I haven't been able to get detailed sleep info since. I have done all the trouble shooting you have mentioned, plus tried different bands to see if that would make a difference, and tried changing the sleep sensitivity. I am wondering if my it is not working properly? Please send different suggestions or let me know if this is a common problem and if I just got a yellow citrus fruit?
