Hello,

After the daylight savings change my Blaze has been off one hour on the sleep track time. How can I fix this issue?

Thanks

Hi there @Manny1072! Great to have you in the Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry to hear that your sleep time seems to be off by an hour.

Now, I'd like to know if it's tracking the correct amount of hours but one hour off or if it's counting less time of you asleep. Also, is the time on your tracker correct or is your tracker syncing without a problem?

I can recommend restarting your tracker. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot and after this, the time should show up correctly. If that doesn't happen, you can try to set up your tracker as a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.

Hope this helps and if you need anything else, let me know! 🙂
