Sleep tracking broken up

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Getting fed up of this now, tried restarting, uninstalling, reinstalling, changing settings on dashboard and changing sensitivity... But still getting totally inaccurate sleep tracking.

It will usually track the first hour or so ok then it seems to stop tracking and takes a 3-5 hour break and then start tracking again.  Considering that the main reason I bought the blaze was the sleep tracking due to me having several sleep apnoea requiring use of a CPAP machine.

Any ideas as to how to sort this or I will be having to return it. 😐

Hi @SunsetRunner. Happy to see you in the Community Forums!

Not very happy that you're not getting accurate sleep records though 😕

Since it seems you've already tried most of the suggested troubleshooting instructions, I can recommend setting up your tracker as a new devices and see if this makes any difference. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.

Keep an eye on it for the next nights and let me know if you need more help with it.
