Sleep tracking completely innacurate

Hi,

I left this thinking maybe it was a one off thing and did some research.  However, my blaze is completely innacurate - it is missing whole chunks of sleep in the middle of the night - trust me, I would now if I was awake between 2:00 and 4:00 a.m. as it indicates I was.  However, this seems to happen every night (it has me wake for whole hours of sleep in the middle of the night) and this morning said I got up at 4:55 a.m. when I know for a fact I was asleep until 6:30.  I have checked my settings and they are not set to sensitive.

Any thoughts?

Welcome to the Community @Arity. If your sleep information is not being accurate, I recommend restarting your Blaze and checking if your sleep tracking feature is set on "Normal" by doing the following from a computer:

1. Go to Settings

2. Go to Devices

3. Go to Sleep Tracking

4. Select Normal

5. Sync

Let me know the outcome. Woman Happy

Hi,

My original post stated that my settings were not set to sensitive.  I restarted my Blaze last night and this time it had me waking up at 2:10 a.m. and being up for the day.

Please provide alternate solutions.

Thanks.
