Sleep tracking issues

For the last two weeks, my blaze sleep tracking is incredibly inconsistent and inaccurate. It will track the time correctly, but lists half the night as awake. I know I am a fitful sleeper, but I'm not awake half the night. Any suggestions for how to correct this or assist in making it more accurate?

Hey there @jbrfodo. Welcome to the Community! 🙂

At this point, I would recommend restarting your tracker by  pressing/holding the left and lower right buttons for 10-15 seconds until it turns off and back on. This should for sure help.

Also, you can change the sensitivity of your  tracker by going to fitbit.com from your computer, then click on the  gear icon at the top right corner and click on your tracker. This will take you to your tracker's settings. Scroll down and on Sleep Tracking, change it to "Sensitive", save the changes, then make sure to force quit the app on your iPhone, open it up again to make sure all the changes have been updated on your app and then sync your tracker to ensure that all the changes will now sync to your tracker. Try it out the next night and see how it goes.

Hope this helps and let me know if you still need more help with this!

Good to see you around @gramajan13x! 🙂

If you're having issues setting up your tracker from your computer, is there a chance you can try to set it up using a mobile device? The only thing you need to make sure is that it's a supported device (you can check that here)
