Sleep tracking - wild inaccuracies

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

As an example, I went to bed around 22:35 and was asleep by 23:00. I woke at 09:19, getting up immediately. The current time is 11:25.

My sleep log shows sleep starting at 20:58 and ending at 12:10.

Clearly there's an issue, and this is just one of a number of such discrepancies.

Ideas please.

It's great to see you around @Nige_gsy. have you tried to restart your tracker? If you haven't, I recommend restarting your Blaze and test it. In the meantime, keep in mind that you can edit that information by doing the following from your Fitbit app:

1. Tap the sleep tile

2. Tap the sleep record you want to edit

3. Tap the pencil icon in the upper right corner

4. Edit your information

5. Tap save

6. Sync

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy

Thanks for the response. The device had been restarted twice before posting.

Whilst I'm not bothered about changing the data I am concerned that it is
showing sleep when I'm definitely active.
