Sleep tracking

I have noticed that on the fitbit app, you can "Begin Sleep Now" but whenever I use this option, it doesn't show any of the sleep cycles just the awake and restless times. If I don't use the app to record sleep and let the Blaze record it automatically, it does provide the sleep cycles but doesn't have the time it takes me to fall asleep like before. I would really like to be able to see both how long it takes me to fall asleep AND the sleep cycles. Anyone have any idea as to how to do that?

I'm not sure that it's possible. This help file though does help to understand that using the app will prevent sleep stages being tracked:

Thank You! I did a bit of experimenting this morning was actually able to find a way (in case you are curious☺). I found that if I delete the app recorded sleep tracking and then sync the blaze, it will revert back to the sleep cycles tracking. This let's me see how long it took me to go to sleep for a short time but it won't remember it. Or, I can manually adjust when I went to bed by tapping the pencil icon on the top right so that the first pink bar is how long it took me to fall asleep. (Which is much easier lol)
