Best AnswerThe information doesn't seem to change, but it will shut off and then the diamond comes on. It stays like that for a moment, then everything comes back on. This happened after the last charge. I had just taken it off the charger.

Thanks for the details @Kmlaw41! I would like you to restart your Blaze and let me know if it works properly after this. Also, are you seeing that your steps are reducing in your online Dashboard as well or just the data changing in the tracker itself?
