Solo Adventures Not Visible

Hi, when I first purchased my fitbit blaze I was able to view the solo and group adventures in the challanges tab. After a few weeks the adventures completely disappeared and i could only view the challanges (daily showdown,workweek hussle, weekend worrior and goal day). So i got my friend to invite me to one of the adventures and i was now able to see the group adventures but the solo adventures still did not come back. I have tried uninstalling, restarting, clearing catche but nothing works. Help!

Help us please what type of phone is this problem with. @Gizemy. It is not with the Blaze.

Samsung galaxy s8. I dont think the problem is with the phone because i tried to log in with my sister's account and the adventure challanges come up with her. When I log in with my account the solo adventures are not there.

Having similar issue with Samsung Galaxy s5.  Can do the adventures,  but the treasures don't pop up. Very disappointing!

@Gizemy I don't think it is the phone, but their are 3 apps for 3 different phone operating systems. My question was to find out if your an Android, windows, or iOS user. Posting in the hardware forum, about an app problem also doesn't help identify the subject. 

 

I just checked the app on my S8 swiping up I do see solo adventures. 

 

Doing a search I see nothing to help with either problem. 

 

@Bookwork treasures not popping up is not similar to not being able to start an adventure.. Do you see the the treasures to tap on? You also need to virtually pass the treasure before it will popup.
