My Blaze has worked fine for the year that I've had it, however two days ago it started showing someone else's account information on my app. My data seems to have stayed the same and my profile picture is still mine but the account information shows as someone from the US who has had a fitbit just 6 months. I have restarted my fitbit and logged out and back into my account to try to reset the information but it hasn't worked.

This seems like an extremely weird situation. I'm sorry about that.
What information seems not to be yours exactly? Is it your personal information as name, height, weight, age, etc.or is it other information that doesn't match yours? Also, where exactly can you tell that this person has had this account for six months?
If you could be as specific as possible, that will help a lot and if you could as well include screenshots, that will be very helpful!

Just happened here. My aunt's Versa was not showing her data in her app. When I tried to check the problem her app on her phone all of a sudden showed my data. Weirder yet, my Versa Lite disconnected from my app on my phone. I had to readd my Versa Lite to my app once I got home. I stll don't have hers resolved.
