You may get some steps tracked due to random movement of your wrist but not enough to reflect the work you put into the class. Some people like to fix their fitbit to their shoe to get more steps tracked. Others just accept that when you are spinning you are not actually taking any steps.

I did a 30 minutes spin class today that shows 525 calories burned but also gave me 1,505 steps.  I used the spin exercise.  I don't want to have the extra steps that I didn't take added to the total each day.  Any suggestions?
