Start/Pause/Stop Run on Watch

Every time I click on Exercise on my watch, it says Set up exercise shortcuts using the fitbit website or app.  Well, on the app on my iPhone, if I go to Account / Blaze / Exercise Shortcuts, there is one for Run/Bike/Weights/Treadmill/Elliptical/Workout.  What gives?  I hate having to pull my phone down from being strapped to my arm and try to turn it out of the sun when I want to start/stop my run...  Any help woud be appreciated!

Did you try taping the screen when exercise is showing. That should take you to run, bike, and whatever else you've set up. Tape on whatever exercise (run, walk) you want to do and you'll see the prompts on what to do next. Hope this helps.

@EricFetzer it sounds like something is out of kilter.

Let's first try a restart of the tracker by holding the left and lower right buttons for 15 seconds.

If that did not work then go to you exercise shortcuts on the phone app. Turn one shortcut off or add one, then do a sync this will force the server to update this list. Keep us updated.
