Starting up the blaze

I was trying to start up my new blaze. Everything was going fine till it said I had insufficient battery. So I plugged it in to the charger but there is no battery symbol coming up to say it's charging just the fitbit symbol. I don't know if it charged or how to turn it on. It was meant to b syncing to my phone but didn't seem to be working. Am I doing something wrong ?

Unfortunately the battery charging symbol is not displayed until the setup is complete. I'd give it an hour on charge then try the setup again. You can always finish the charge after that.

Hi is there no on and off button once I charge it or will it atomically turn on as I charged it over night. But didn't have time this morning
