I had to charge my Fitbit Blaze last night & when I woke up this morning, it had already logged over 20,000 steps. It's obviously not accurate. How can I reset this??

@LauraMac426 Not exactly sure what happened here, but I'm pretty confident that it's not your Blaze. This sounds more like a glitch with the site. If you look at your step graph for today on the dashboard, you'll see the actual steps recorded by Blaze (which I'm assuming does not add up to 20k+ steps). The only time your steps will reset to 0 is at midnight.
Usually the way to get rid of erroneous data is to log a driving activity, however, it will only erase tracker-logged data and will not get rid of steps caused by a site glitch. Sorry. ![]()
