Exactly how many steps, according to the Blaze, equals a mile? I have always been told that 2000 steps equals one mile. I can get well over 2000 steps and I won't be anywhere close to a mile. Can you explain for me please?

It depends on your stride length. Fitbit estimates your stride length using your stats (gender, height...) You should check yours by following the procedure on this site and then adjust your personal stride length.

Welcome to the Community @Terrie1175 and @wtksk8r thanks for stopping by.
As mentioned by our friend @wtksk8r, it will all depend on your stride length. Your Blaze has an option to measure it automatically but if you want more accurate information you can set it yourself by following the instructions provided in this post.
Catch you later. ![]()
