Step counter and notifications not working

From high step counter to not getting notifications. I've tried all the hints and tips to control the problem but it boils down to a watch costing in the range of €200 when a simple €50 counterfit does the job.

Hey there @BazL. Good to see you in the Community Forums!

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems with your Blaze 😕

For your step count, I can recommend checking your personal settings in the Account section to make sure your height and weight both have been correctly entered. In situations where this information is not correct, that causes for your stats to be counted erroneously.

For notifications, I can recommend going to your bluetooth settings on your phone directly and once you're there, tap on your Blaze. Hit the option that says "Forget this device" and then, go back to the app, tap on your tracker, go to the Notifications section and enable the notifications and try it out.

In both situations, it's always good to restart your tracker a couple of times. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.

Keep an eye on it and let me know if you need more help with this!
