I'm noticing that my blaze is counting steps I did not take. But more confusingly, the hourly breakdown appears accurate, while the step total is inaccurate.2017-06-27 14.07.28.png2017-06-27 14.07.11.png

Welcome to the Community @Courtamb and thanks for the screenshot.

What are you doing when the tracker registers that extra information? In the meantime, please restart your Blaze, walk 100 steps and let me know how many steps your Blaze registered.

Hope to hear from you soon. Woman Happy

I'm having the same Problem with my Blaze. I woke up to 639 steps this morning and I lay awake in bed for 20 minutes and it seemed to of added another 143 steps. I have measured my strides and manually input them and have also moved the blaze to my less dominant arm and have set it as my dominant arm to see if it will make it less sensitive. This has not made it any better whatsoever. I'm now over 1200 steps to many today. This is sure not right and something needs to be done about it. I'm now deciding whether to send the blaze back and go to something that does the job it's intended to do right.

A warm welcome to the Community @Taylor8455 and thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. Since the troubleshoot you tried so far didn't work, I recommend keeping an eye on your inbox for further instructions.

Catch you later. Woman Happy
