This is the second time this has happened. I have my Fitbit set up to remind me of the 250 steps per hour. Today my Fitbit says I have all my hourly steps but my app says I'm missing an hour. I know I have my steps for said hour but the app won't update when I sync. I've even tried shutting my phone off and resyncing. It's not the most recent hour either. It's in the middle of the day. This is the second time it has happened to me. How do I fix this issue?

Since as you say, the problem is in the app, it wpuld be nice to know what phone you have.

Since this does get teported frequently,  ive experienced it, but no one seems to mention the phone.

Is it telated to just one app or all. Can't tell.

I have an iPhone 7. It should be updated to the latest iOS as well.
