I have had my Fitbit Blaze two weeks. The step counts are way off daily.  I've tested it against a Fitbit Charge 2. The charge 2 gives an accurate count but the blaze is several thousand off every day.  I've tried resetting, switching arms, playing with dominant setting, stride length. Nothing matters. I think the tracker must be defective.  Any other options here? Very disappointed a $200 device can't do accurately what a $20 pedometer can do!

A warm welcome to the Community @Kevin1 and thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. Can you please restart your Blaze, walk 100 steps and them tell me how many steps did your tracker register?
