Hi @Stscygirl82! 🙂 Happy to see you around!

I'm sorry you're having problems getting your Blaze to count your steps accurately while on the bus. However, I'd like to explain how this works.

Your device has been tested against driving, buses, trains, and other public transportation and should not give you extra steps when you’re traveling under normal conditions. On bumpy roads or in a car with a stiff transmission you may get extra steps. Though a few extra steps won't affect your trends, it's possible to log a driving activity and remove the steps from your account totals.

In order to get rid of these extra steps, you can do  the following:

  1. Log into your fitbit.com dashboard.
  2. At the top of the screen click Log.
  3. Click the Activities tab.
  4. Under Log Activities, type in Driving and enter the date, duration, and start time.
  5. Click Log. Your steps, floors, and calories burned will decrease for the time period you specified.

Hope this helps and if you need more help, I'm always around!
