Steps not accurate on replacement Blaze

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I just received a replacement Blaze because after all my step tests, resets, and measuring my own step stride this Blaze does not count right either. I hate this thing. It's the worst. Is there some bug that no one wants to mention? I also own an Alta and Flex 2. I've tested with those and they are spot on and the counts match each other consistently. I wish I could say the same about the Blaze. I'm super frustrated. I shouldn't have to carry a back up around with me...

Hi there @Jpelow. Great to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry to hear that your replacement Blaze is not working as it should. Now, what are the results when you made the step test? Are you having problems also with your distance not being accurate or is it just the steps?

If you have not tried it with this new tracker, you could give it a restart and see if there's any improvement. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.

Please let me know how it goes and any other relevant information.
