Steps not registering on Blaze

Hi, does anyone have any suggestions?

My steps aren't registering properly on my Blaze. I've tried restarting & testing by checking the count, walking 10 steps & rechecking etc. It's registering 8 out of 10 steps on average but nevr the full amount.

Is there anything else's I can do or should I contact support?

Hi

There needs to be a certain treshold for a step to be counted as a step.
