Steps not registering on phone app

Hi, 

would anyone know why the steps Monitor isn't showing on my FitBit App?

The steps seem to be working fine on the FitBit it's self, however steps will not show on the dashboard.

Ive tried re-syncing, that hasn't worked. I've also tried editing the dash board but the steps section is highlighted in red.

Hey there @JESTC1! Thanks for the troubleshooting that you've done. It seems that your Blaze isn't syncing to your app, that's why your steps aren't transferring to it. I would like you to make sure that you've done this syncing procedure

 

Also, double check you have the latest version of the app which is 2.57.3 for Android and 2.40 for iOS.
