My 7 day step total is accurate for each day, however my running 7 day total is wrong on the "friends" page. It is off by about 13k steps (lower) than it should be. How do I fix this?

@swralston59 Welcome... Your friends total is your last full 6 days plus today. The 7th day drops off at Midnight. Another form of competition.

It's great to welcome you @swralston59 and @Colinm39 thanks for stopping by.

Keep in mind that the information that is being showed in the leaderboard, is the information of your last 7 days. For example, if you have today 10.000 steps and make 2.000 today, you will see only 8.000 steps tomorrow. We use this to keep you guys motivated and raise that number each day.

I hope this helps, let me know the outcome. Woman Happy

Thank you. I understand. Even so, my 7 day step total is still incorrect on the leader board. No matter how I configure my daily totals, it's still off. I cannot figure it out.

Thanks for the information @swralston59. Have you manually log any type of activity like walking or running that might be affecting your step count? If you haven't checked this, you can go to the exercise tile and check there which activities you have.

Yes I have manually logged in step equivalents for a couple of exercises. Does this affect my 7 day step count total?
