Stolen Blaze/Weak Battery

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Recently my blaze was stolen at a concert (things got crazy and didn't feel it get snatched) but I was planning to send it in to get a replacement because the battery only lasted a day and half and I had to recharge it more than I do my phone. It used to last 1-2.5 weeks with battery but it depleted to only a 1.5day. Is there a way to get a replacement or would I need to have the original to get a replacement?

You can contact support. But as far as I know they dont cover stolen fitbits.

Thank you for reaching out, @AlejandraFitbit!

I have not contacted them yet. I did not think the watch would've been under warranty since I've had it for quiet some time.
