My Fitbit has been working fine for year or so I've had it. Since Sunday it has stopped counting floors - I have 0 recorded in last 3 days. Before that average was probably 30 a day. Any suggestions? I've turned off and back on. It's fully charged etc.

Great to see you around @berni84 and thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself.
If your tracker isn't recording your floors, I recommend restarting it. After the restart process, test your Blaze.

I tried this and did not work now it counts five floors for every one I go up.

I now get 5 to 10 floors for every one I do. It worked for the the first two floors then it started counting more floors.

My Fitbit Blaze has also stopped counting floors, I have tried resets to no avail. This is my second one with the same problem.

My Blaze is still not counting floors, the screen is now not working. I have cleaned the unit, and reset several times and still no screen and floor counting.
