Stopped working and won't charge

First it started out this morning with just the fitbit logo on the screen. I checked here and went through the steps to shut it down and restart it. It seemed to work fine for a few hours, now its not doing anything. Totally acts like its dead, wont charge. I cleaned the whole thing to make sure there was no dust or dirt, still nothing. My blaze is only 18 months old. This really sucks!
