Hi. I lost my Fitbit charge yesterday, so went out and bough a Blaze, thinking it would be the bees knees. So far I'm not overly impressed I must say. I can't figure out how to make the stopwatch function work. I used the stopwatch on my Charge for many things, and was quite happy just pressing the button to make it work and it was easy to read and time things. None of the buttons on this Blaze seem to do anything other than say "All Caught Up". Had a horrible time syncing it also. Anyways, anyone know how to make the stopwatch work? I do not have a smartphone BTW. Not sure if that affects syncing etc...
Thanks
Stewart

@stewartanderson I'm not sure what you want to use the stopwatch for, but the timer on the Charge is used for tea king events like a walk or run.
If this is what you want to do then you would swipe over to exercise - tap - choose the event you want to record. I would tap the gear in the lower left and turn off gps, since you dont have a phone.
Now if your looking for a stopwatch then swipe over to Timer - tap - choose stopwatch.
As for holding on buttons the top right brings up music control, and the lower right brings up the notifications screen.. Both these functions require a phone.

If you haven't yet, you might want to read your user manual.

Thanks. Will do. There was no mannual/basic explanation of functions when I bought it (brand new). Not sure if this is the norm, or a packing oversight. Seems very fiddly to me so far...

Correct there is no manual packed with the tracker. Fitbit knows your buying a device that requires Internet access, and has provided manuals to all l products in their help site.. This is not an oversight, you get a downloadable easy to print out and read copy. It ask means that Fitbit can easily change it with the firmware updates.
What would have come with the tracker would be a small book with printing so small that a user would need a magnifying glass. Or I just use my phone and photograph the pages.
