Blaze, Not Syncing

Has any one had problems with syncing there blaze watch with the latest update off beta iOS 10.2 this week I have tried all the normal ways off trying to get the sync back to with app without any luck I can only think it's the iOS software update it was fine before the update

I have had the same issue with 10.2 beta 2 it was working with beta 1 for me. It's what happens when you use the betas 🙂 just have to wait until Fitbit or apple corrects the Bluetooth issue.

Thanks your reply I have gone though the syncing troubles shoot the other day and still no success
Seams like data won't come though to the iPhone but data going the other still works fine like notifications From my phone

And the good news is I can sync again I had to connect to my laptop and download the Fitbit app and do it that way
