Stuck on fitbit symbol

Got my Blaze last night this morning its stuck flashing on fitbit symbol. What do I do? Tried to restart and won't do anything.

Set up my new Fitbit blaze this morning. Was working perfectly fine. Then the Fitbit symbol came up and I cannot get it to sync with my phone or reset or do anything else. When trying to reset it will blink 1-3 times, dim a little and then go back to the symbol. Please help!

I went to online  tech support, told them my issue and they are sending me a replacement. Very easy and quick. Good luck.

@hmleblanc05 have you got the blaze working? 

When you say Fitbit symbol, do you also see the setup message? 

Have you tried restarting by holding in the left and lower right buttons?

Nope Blaze not working. I tried holding those buttons and it did nothing. It continually has the fitbit symbols (circles) flashing. I have a new one coming after talking to tech support.
