Welcome to the Community @jayra. Our team still testing the compatibility of the Note 5 and other phones. I recommend keeping an eye on our list of Compatible Mobile Devices for any update and in the meantime, you can sync your tracker with a computer or a compatible phone.

I have been using a Note 5 with the Blaze since early March. No problems so far. My Blaze is running the original firmware (17.8.102.7) and phone is running Android 5.1.1. Both have upgrades available, but if it ain't broke...
