I have not been able to receive texts after switching from iphone 6 to a Samsung Galaxy Note 7. I tried removing the device from my account on my iphone, manually switching all of my notifications (including texts) to on within the app on my Android, removeing the device from my Android and going through the whole initial set up again. None of these things work. The Blaze is outputting information to the phone, all of my metrics are uploading to the app on the phone and I can control my music from my Blaze, but I cannot seem to push text through from the phone to the Blaze.
Any help?
Kate

Hello @Kate323,
Welcome to the community!
The Fitbit trackers that receive notification don't just sync with the phone but also establish deeper connectivity with the phone (Fitbit calls it 'bonding'). You don't need to remove the device from your account on the App on the iPhone, what you do need to do is go to the bluetooth settings on your iPhone and remove the pairing.
I would also uninstall the Fitbit App on the iPhone since it's likely to pair your Blaze again to your iPhone.
After that you can pair it back to your new phone and hopefully that'll get things working.

Welcome to the Community @Kate323 and thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. @PureEvil and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by! The reason why your tracker is not receiving notifications from your Note 7 is because this device is not compatible yet. Our team is hard working in testing the compatibility of several phones, your patience will be much appreciated. Keep in mind that you can always sync your Blaze with a computer or compatible phone. I recommend keeping an eye on our list of compatible mobile devices for any update.
See you around!
