I'm not sure you can. It doesn't show on the list of supported devices at www.fitbit.com/devices

It's great to see you around @bubbyt and @SteveH thanks for stopping by! As mentioned, LG V10 is now a compatible phone yet. Our team is hard working in testing the compatibility of several phones. I recommend keeping an eye on our list of compatible mobile devices for any update and keep in mind that you can always sync with your computer or a compatible phone.
See you later.

I have the LG V10 (as does my wife) and we haven't had any issues with syncing. Same as any other smartphone. I might suggest that you try the following:
One of these shouldl correct the problem.

Hi
Will the LG G4 be on the list soon as well?

My LG V10 will connect to my Fitbit Charge HR and occasionally disconnect (usually if I turnoff the bluetooth). What has worked for me:
Disconnect your fitbit: Go to Devices on your Fitbit app then hold down the Charge HR icon and "unpair"
You'll need to reselect Charge HR, and when syncing it back, you'll need to first turn off your Fitbit (see below):
To turn off your fitbit charge:
Once it is off, the app on the phone will ask you to hold down the button for 3 seconds (until the fitbit vibrates).
It'll then sync and should work. However, always remember to keep the bluetooth on and the "All Day Sync"
