So I have my personal Android phone and a work phone that is an iPhone. Is there a way to sync notifications to both phones at once?

Try playing around with the settings, the first thing would be to turn alw as yd connected off.

You will need to get around the standard bluetooth limitation of only being able to connect to one phone at a time.
