Sync to strava etc

Activities recorded on fitbit are not going to strava now. Deleted both apps and downloaded them again. Re  synced again but still nothing. Fitbit often stops recording during activity and sometimes doesn't  record full distance covered. Sometimes Fitbit flashes from side to side and has to be switched off to reset. Back button doesn't work so can't reset by pressing both buttons and it's difficult to do  from  screen when it's moving from  side to side

Does the back button work when the Blaze is outside of its frame? 

Your post is also confusing in that the title refers to a problem syncing to Strava but the post never mentions Strava .

Fitbit does not seem to connect to strava which is what I did try to say at beginning of post. I have deleted apps and reloaded them , I think Ive connected to strava but activities don't transfer over to strava , don't know what is wrong?The screen flashes from side to side whatever is on the screen but it is difficult to use the touchscreen as is moving. The back button does not work when fitbit is either in the case or out

You mention again the side to side, is this the whole screen or is it something on the screen? You say it won't stop without resting, I'm wondering if the run exercise is being shutdown properly. Does the exercise show up on the Fitbit dashboard?

Yes it is the whole screen view which goes side to side. It doesn't do it all the time only intermittently.  When it does it the only way to stop it is to shut down which is problematic  as screen view is moving. Each activity does show on dashboard but often it records incorrect distance or stops without recording full activity. Sometimes when it stops it shows on map a straight line back to where I stop it from somewhere on the route. I have noticed sometimes it stops recording from where I take a picture on phone.
