My Fitbit is syncing and always 3 minutes behind how do I fix it

I expect it is not really syncing.  From phone app, tap tracker icon near top right.  Near top it says time of last sync.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
