Synch not working

Can't synch since yesterday. Time is wrong by 1hr 35mins behind.

On App says battery is out But it's fully charged.  Have uninstalled App twice have restarted Blaze  numerous times.  Won't install software update.  .Have checked and rechecked Bluetooth connections and notification and location permission. BEYOND frustration! I want my money back @!@@

The last 3 versions of the Android app have had trouble syncing. The previous 2 would give me sync errors and I'd go and kill the app and then it would sync the next time. This one moves the progress bar all the way across really fast but does nothing, then hangs at sync with the bar not moving. I kill it and it forces me to log on again, and then it syncs, but slowly. I've restarted my phone and my tracker. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Removed my tracker and added it back, and even tried a different Blaze. It's getting really annoying.
