I have discovered my Blaze will only sync via Bluetooth to one thing at a time. If I am using my iPod it won't sync to my iPad or phone. Have I done something wrong?

Ypu haven't done anything wrong, according to the manual, and the way BT works, just like your BT headphines, the Blaze can only connect to one device at a time.

Therefore move the unwated device further away from the Blaze, turn off BT, or go into BT phone settings, and disconnect the Blaze.

It is somewhat of a pain, but remember that a sync takes the data from the Fitbit and sends it to the Fitbit server. The app then goes out to the server to get its data.
It doesnt matter how you sync, either device will have access to the same data.

Move you phone or any other device you sync through at least 30-50 feet away, or turn off its BT
Shutdown the Blaze through its settongs menu
Do a hard restart the Blaze
Power down the Mac, then restart it.

Cheers for that Rich Laue, pain in backside, but at least I know now why I couldn't get it to sync. Very frustrating.

I'm having trouble syncing my Blaze with my Mac laptop.  It's been find for the last month and now today it simply can't find the device.  At one point, it said that my bluetooth needed to be turned on.  It is.  In fact, I've turned it off and then turned it back on.  Any ideas?

Hi, I found that the blaze can only be connected to one device at a time. So if you are connected to your phone iPod or something else, you will need to turn off the Bluetooth on those devices and then your blaze will sync to your computer. Hope this helps. Good luck.
Cheers Lisa
