Morning,
I am unable to sync my blaze on either my android phone or computer! Can someone please give me some advice. My phone keeps saying either 'blaze not found' or 'update tracker software'. My computer just cannot locate Blaze. The bluetooth is on the Blaze!

Double check bluetooth is turned on at least one of the devices, if it were me I would temporarily turn off the bluetooth on the Android and put the dongle in the computer, reset your blaze, and see if it pops up for you in the computer fitbit app install. After they handshake then I would turn the Android bluetooth on and see if it now sees your Blaze. Let us know how it goes, I'll keep an eye open @TPPaul
