My Blaze hasnt synced since 11/23. Shuts down daily.. dies in 2 days. The time is 2 hours behind. I've reset it, updated my app, uninstalled/reinstalled my app, etc.
What's a girl gotta do to get a working device?

I'm very sorry to hear that you're having these problems with your Fitbit Blaze. I'd like to help you out and thanks a lot for what you've already tried to get it to work!
Now, when it comes to the syncing issues, I'd like to know if you've made sure that the phone that you're using to sync is a compatible device. If you're not sure about this, check the list of compatible devices here.
If your phone is compatible, you can try removing your Blaze from the connected Bluetooth devices on your phone. For this, go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone. On your connected devices, look for your tracker. Tap on it, then choose the option that says "Forget this device". Then, proceed to set up your tracker as a new device.
For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
Now, about the battery not lasting as it should, once you've paired your tracker again to your app, I can recommend putting your tracker to charge and once it's fully charged, take it off the charger and put it on. Sync it and use it as you would normally do. Make sure to sync it frequently after this (every one or two hours at least) so that the battery levels are recorded on the app logs and once the battery dies, let me know so that I can take a closer look and then we can move forward with other options to get you back on track.
