Have to say I am near the end with Fitbit! had a Charge HR, that kept giving sync errors. The only way I could get it to work was to remove the device from the phone, add a new device, connect the same one, and then it would sync for that day, and occasionally one more. Decided to just live with it, as Santa was bringing me a new Blaze. Worked fine for a while, except the battery life is always 3 days. Then, yesterday it told me that I slept for two sessions; ≈ 2 and 1 hours, respectively. when I deleted the second and edited the first, to use the end time of the second time, it showed me as being asleep for most of the night. But because neither original segment was > 3 hours, it gave me the simplified display. Today ... the same thing. And in addition, it doesn't pick up a nap of less than an hour? My Charge HR did. My partner's Charge 2 does. Very disappointed!
